EULA - End User License Agreement

F/X Communications Software License Agreement.

PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING
THIS SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU CONSENT
TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU
DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU SHOULD DESTROY
ALL COPIES OF THIS SOFTWARE PACKAGE.

This license allows you to evaluate the contents of this
InJoy Firewall archive for a period of not more than thirty
days. Such use shall be limited to the purpose of testing to
determine if the InJoy Firewall meets your needs. After the
thirty day testing period you must purchase the InJoy
Firewall to continue its use. If the InJoy product does not
fulfill your needs, we thank you for trying it, and ask that
you remove the executables from your computer.

You are allowed to retain the original archive (in its packed
state) for the purpose of distribution to others. Subsequent
use of the InJoy Firewall shall be allowable only to determine
the suitability of a later numbered version to meet your needs.
Such testing of newer versions is encouraged, but shall not
exceed thirty days without registration.

The InJoy Firewall is copyrighted and licensed (not sold).
The title is not transfered to you. You obtain no rights
other than those granted you under this license.

With this license, you may:

1)
Use the InJoy Firewall on only one machine at a time.

2)
As a licensed user, you may use the InJoy Firewall on
different computers, but you may not use it on more than one
computer at the same time.

3)
Make one copy of the InJoy Firewall, for backup purposes.
THIS LICENSE DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO:

1)
Sublicense, rent, lease, or assign the InJoy Firewall.

2)
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble
(except to the extent specific laws explicitly prohibit
such restriction) or print the Software object code, in
any form or language, nor otherwise derive a source code
for the software. You may not modify, customize, enhance or
change the Software, nor permit any third party to do so.
You may not make any derivative works based on the
Software. You may not change or remove any proprietary
markings, notices or labels in the software.

3)
Transfer the possession of the InJoy Firewall to another
party by transferring a copy of the software and a copy
of this license.

We do not warrant that the Program is free from claims by a
third party of copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret,
or any other intellectual property infringement.

By installing and using this program you accept it as is and
with the understanding that there is no representations or
warranty as to the suitability of the InJoy Firewall for your
particular purpose, and that to the extent you use or implement
this program in your own setting, you do so at your own risk.
In no event can F/X Communications be held liable for any
damages, whether consequential, incidental, or special,
arising out of the use of or inability to use the program
provided herewith.

Under no circumstances are we liable for any of the following:

1)
Third-party claims against you for losses or damages;

2)
Loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or economic
consequential damages (including lost profits or savings) or
incidental damages, even if we are informed of their possibility.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

You are responsible for the payment of any taxes resulting from
this license.

You may terminate this license at any time. We may
terminate this license if you fail to comply with any
of its terms. In either event, you must destroy all your
copies of the Program.

If any provision of this license, including the breadth or
scope of such provision will be held by any court of
competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, in
whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability will
not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining
provisions of this Agreement and such remaining provisions
will remain enforceable and binding.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or
exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you are
required to remove the InJoy Firewall archive, and all it's
contents, from your machine.
